I received this voucher about 3 months ago and redeemed it. Today I received 12 bottles of wine from Virgin but refused delivery. Phoned them and they said that the voucher automatically signs you up for the club and that I agreed to receive 12 bottles every 3 months. I honestly did not see it that way. They agreed to cancel my membership and refund the moneyThe common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

Do not phone that premium rate number...just email them per terms and conditions....
