Its not that simple. The credit score isn't actually used by lenders. Each lender will score you based on the info in the report.

The best thing you can do is go to an independant mortgage broker and get them to look at the whole market. The pages on this site have a lot of information.
  • Hi,

Your actual "score" is not really relevant.

What is relevant is what is on your credit history, e.g. defaults, etc. and how this is viewed by different lenders. Lenders do not look at the score, they have their own set of criteria including income, number of defaults, etc which they use to decide whether to grant a mortgage or not.

If you let us know your credit history details and personal circumstances, some of the brokers on here may suggest a lender to try.

I have a number in my head. 1,327,

    It means nothing.

Same as your 825 is worthless. I hope you didn't pay for it.

825 is a fairly good credit score, and you'd be a good candidate for a mortgage as long you meet their other criteria, e.g income, deposit, no CCJs.

It was a good job I paid to have my credit score, or I wouldn't have known I wasn't showing on the electoral roll, so it's well worth paying for if you need to get a loan or mortage.

Your score may have been reduced by not being on the electoral role, but that information would have been clearly displayed in the 'free' pages.

Noddle are completely free and have a 1-5 scoring system.

    Hey Superman!
This isn't so easy as you're thinking about it,
anyway there is only one thing that you should get an independent mortgage agent and get him to see the market as well there is another option you can avail it's if you'll visit this forum's pages then surely you'll got something so helpful to you.
