EDIT : For those not registered... Open link, register if you haven't already, check your email to confirm registration (it goes to the error message), open another page from link below and enter. I just got my confirmation.

Managed it using the link in post 83, there is an option at the bottom of the page that says not yet registered....

The confirmation link may take you to a service unavailable page but it does seem to recognise you as registered when you click on the form link in post 83 again.
