I have done a quick search and this was not obvious.
Another chance to win study worth up to £5000! An MSE-er won in May so everyone has a chance:

The prize draw closes at 11:59pm on the 10 August 2012, and the winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by 17 August 2012.
The prize is subject to availability and OU standard entry requirements
Prize is redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold onto any other party.
The Open University's decision is final. The promoter is The Open University, Walton Hall, Milton Keynes, MK7 6AA.
The prize is to study with The Open University up to the value of £5,000 which equates to UK full –time undergraduate equivalent study for 1 year. If part-time study is selected there will be no reimbursement if the study value less than £5,000.
Study can either be at undergraduate level or postgraduate level.
Study can only be commenced after 1 October 2012 and it must be completed by 31 December 2013.
