Just a kettle, so not much choice then. Been eating noodles everyday, and had a salad, can keep meat for 2 days.

I don't suppose theres much you can suggest with cooker, fridge or micowave

It might help if you give us more information about your circumstances. Is the no cooker/fridge/microwave a permanent situation, or short term. Do you actually not have these items, or do they just not work because your electricity has been cut off?

Have you had these items in the past and just happen to find yourself without them. In other words, can you cook, do you have pots and pans, tin opener, knives, forks, spoon etc.

i guess that the OP cant afford to buy any appliances yet, so prob cant afford a grill or small cooker thing as some have kindly suggested.

Trying to be a bit healthier here..

Unlike bagged salad, living salad doesn't need refrigerating. If you give it light (but not hot sun) and a little bit of water every day so the compost stays moist it will last over a week. Lidl has them for under a pound.

Likewise a growing herb like basil (also under a pound from Lidl) will carry on growing if it gets a bit of light and water (it quite likes some sun but not to be fried). Pinch the top leaves out close to the next joint down with your fingers and new leaves will grow.

Tomatoes taste better unrefrigerated and will last a few days. If they were refrigerated, wipe off any moisture otherwise they will go mouldy.

Heinz still does tinned coleslaw and potato salad and you can find pickled eggs, tinned olives, tinned sweetcorn, tinned sardines in olive oil or sunflower oil, tinned ham, tinned pork luncheon meat, pickled roasted red peppers, pickled cheese-stuffed chillies, pickled cockles, pickled beetroot.. all good for salads ..plus bags of pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cashews and pistachios. If you live near an ethnic Greek/Turkish/Albanian/Polish shop you may find tinned cheese as well.

UHT milk doesn't need a fridge until opened, in some supermarkets you can find individual portions of UHT milk. Alternatively there's dried skimmed milk and stuff like Coffeemate and UHT portions of cream.

Hot food.. atm Lidl has an electric oven with grill on offer for 29.99 and something like that would enable you to heat up pizza and grill stuff like bacon, burgers and cheese on toast as well as using no cook lasagne to make yourself a pasta bake type thing with pasta sauce/lasagne sauce, cheese, tomatoes, basil and aubergines (don't need refrigerating either). You could buy pork chops as you wanted and bung in an ovenproof dish with a tin of ratatouille over them or alternatively stick them in dish with a teeny bit of cider and a spoonful of apple sauce/puree from a jar on top. Or gammon chops with a drained pineapple from a tin on top.

Longlife bread should be OK without a fridge. Butter keeps better than you'd think out of a fridge as long s it doesn't get hot or you could buy a tin of ghee from an Indian shop and use that instead. Jam and honey should be OK without a fridge too.

Then there's tinned fruit in juice and you may be able to buy tinned cream too. There's tinned rice pudding which is quite good cold. Fruit like apples, pears, bananas, grapes don't need refrigeration. If they have been and are cold, wipe off any moisture as they warm up, carefully or they may go mouldy.

Tinned baked beans and macaroni cheese are a tad healthier than Pot Noodles and please don't boil eggs in your kettle. An egg is not cooked until it has boiled for minimum 4 mins. Plus eggs in your kettle will make tea taste funny and if they crack then that's a horrible clean up job.

Heating up tins in your kettle is potentially hazardous as a tin with weak seams could explode.

    Er hope that helped

In addition to Edwardias great suggestions - sprouted pulses - good way of get some protein and veg - I sprout beans on damp kitchen roll like you used to grow cress as school.

Cous cous, instant noodles (without the vile sachets of e nos) and bread are goig to be yoru best sources of carbs. Instant mash isn't too bad in a push

Tinned fish - tuna, sardines, and pulses (chick peas, kidney beans and haricots are all ok cold) can provide your proteins.

Buy fresh fruit and veg in smaller quantities loose will keep for a few days/ week. Tinned and bottled/ pickled fruit and veg.

Unfortunately some people don't return to threads aggypanthus. That's just the way it is. On the other hand many people gain so much from the advice of other Old Stylers. Please try not to lose spirit and know that lots of people will have been helped by your posts. :)

On the same note, rice noodles (especially the fine ones) are really handy. Put in a dish, pour over boiling water and soak till soft (10 mins should do it).
You can then add all sorts, but can make a lovely Thai-type meal with a little cooked meat (or not), chopped spring onion, peanuts or peanut butter, lime juice, that kind of thing.
Or you can soak them in boiling water with a stock cube and then make into a soupy-type broth with any cooked meat/veg/flavourings.
