Hi All,
Just looking for a bit of advice.
We had a mortgage offer from the halifax 2/3 weeks ago on a 6.69% 3 year fixed rate deal. (High I know but our only choice).
Just looked on their website and the product now seems to be 6.89% (changed last week)
My question is, will be just have to pay the 6.69% or will we be asked to pay the higher rate?
I know it is just £10 a month ish but it is something I would like to know.
Thanks in advance.

You will pay the rate shown in your offer as long as it is still valid so should be the lower rate.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
