Help with Bailiff Charges

I went to court today to try to have a judgement set aside. It failed however the judge looked at the Sheriffs Office charges and has told me to contest some or all of them as (in his words) " they tend to be a bit optimistic".
He advised me to send an email requesting evidence of all the reasons for the charges, evidence for example of an auction inventory and which items were removed, where are they now etc. They have never been to my address so the judge said it may be that they went to my exs. (ex has washed his hands of this).
Can anyone help me, perhaps with an appropriate template, in the form the letter should take to wreak maximum effect?
If I can sound more professional then maybe it may help.
Any advice welcome. Thanks.
Incidently the original judgement in Nov 2011 was for £708. The bill now stands at £2100. I have never seen a bailiff at my property.

The court collectors are very crude when it comes to getting paid.
I had a debt which was originally for £250 they pushed it up to over £800 and was told I had to pay it. They sent a letter to me explaining they would pick lock my residence. In all honesty, I sat for two weeks with weapons in every part of the house.
The truth is, no one has the right to do this.
Ask for full accounting of the debt, ask for a justification of the debt and In my case, I refused to speak to them. After so long and 2 visit's to the house, they sent the debt back to the courts, I sent a letter to the courts explaining I refuse to pay this debt and 2 visits to my house with one a4 paper letter does not cost £600 in actual business expenses, therefore the costs were over inflated.
If you can speak to the courts, this is your best court of action, hopefully they will get the debt back in their hands by your refusal to pay the bill.
This is what happened to me, I dont know if I got lucky and spoke to the right person at the courts or if something I said made them change their mind but this is how it went down.
Actually, I do remember explaining to the courts that they were impossible to get hold of, were rude to me and their customer service basically sucked, I did actually send letters to the collectors and they still arrived, I then sent a letter to the court explaining that it is not a crime to be in debt and who they hired to collect the debt were acting thuggish and criminal themselves.
Being in debt is not a crime as I always say, people taking advantage of people in debt are the criminals.

Thanks for that. I do feel like a non person, having a ccj seems to make you pond life to some, but the judge was very helpful and he did say that if I offer to pay £x per month and they refuse, to get straight back to court.
I think I need to get tougher!
Thank you for your help, it does help knowing someone understands where you're at.

Well, I would like to share with you a trick I learnt from a guy called Wayne Dyer - When you change the way you look at things its on youtube.
I can vouch for this, it truly works.
Every morning I used to say, I am debt free, I am happy and I am well, every single morning aloud 10 times.
There is nothing a CCJ is stopping you do, it only does if you believe it so.
Dont be fooled by the Judge, he told you something which is common knowledge. I will try and find a copy of the letters I sent so you can see them.
Dont be scared to show emotions, strength and speak what you believe in.
You are a human being with flesh blood and soul, you are not just another number. They truly have no power over you, if you are hiding money in accounts overseas, lying about your income, expect to get whats coming, otherwise if you are truly stuck financially, like I said before it is not a crime to poor.
I know this sounds patronising but I assure you, when you reach the end of the tunnel you will one day be thankful for the CCJ.
