Went to barclays today to open basic bank account they were very nice when he typed in all info and computer said no as i was bankrupt but he said that's ok he will appeal it, which takes 4 hrs for them to respond to him and he rang me bang on 4 hrs later with my new account number debit card in the post and dds set up great service just thought i would share

I don't have much for Barclays myself, but they and the Co-Op are very supportive of people in BR so happy days for you.0
