    they are but i needed to get them out asap as we don't have much time to the wedding. Not packaged well at all :(

    I ordered something on June 12th, which was shipped on June 27th.... No sign of the delivery yet....... They've been fine for the various things I've used them for in the past though. But luckily, nothing has been needed urgently.
