If you won the £60k comp...

I'd replace my car, camera & computer which are all old and problematic!
Then clear debt.
Rest would go part way towards getting me from a flat into a house.
Oh and a holiday would be nice as haven't had one in ages!
I'd carry on though as sadly 60k wouldn't go very far especially in terms of my mortgage!0 -
Me and my husband have plans to build our own house so we'd spend the £60k on that mostly with a little bit for some fun too

I'd carry on comping after a short break I think!
May you all have lots of luck, Emma xx0 -
A big chunk of it would have to go towards our mortgage but I'd like to have some fun with it too! Holidays and days out would be good, I'd love to go to more concerts and see some really cool bands. I feel like we are always having to scrimp and save so we don't really get to treat ourselves. I'd also like to use some of it to pamper myself, get my hair done regularly, a facial (or botox!), get a hollywood smile, eyebrows done etc...treat myself to some nice clothes etc.. I'd get some really nice Xmas/birthday presents for everyone. I'd re-decorate our flat and landscape the garden. I'd stock up our cupboards with really nice healthy foods. I'd like to treat my friends and family. As you can see, at the rate I could spend it, it would be gone in no time, so I would have to keep comping to win some more!
Well, it's nice to dream anyway....Maybe one day!

At my current rate of pay, 60k would effectively mean 5-6 years off work! (yes, I am paid that badly)
I'd buy some Studio speakers/monitors, a Macbook for music producing and recording (I don't like them for most things, but Apple computers are amazing for music and video/graphics work), and some decent recording equipment (mixing desk etc), and I'd treat some friends and family to some nice things... I'd keep the bulk of it as a means to get out of my miserable job, and to give me the time and resources to develop my music, graphics, video and animation projects, and to try to find a decent job that doesn't crush my soul a little more each day.
The little glimmer of hope is just about enough...January: Jolibook netbook.
February: Nothing
March: May fortune smile upon me! Thanks to all the Comp posters & good luck everyone :beer:0 -
I would pay off our 50K mortgage and then a holiday to Florida with a week on the Disney Cruise Line :-)0

I would still comp :-) there's plenty more prizes to be won... can't just stop at the 60k hehe x x0

I'd keep comping but pay my mortgage off and take a fantastic holiday to Australia!

It'd mean the other half wouldn't need to work for a few years and could stay at home and look after our youngest and take over my comping....0

Id buy a new car, holiday and a few bits and pieces like smartphones (for me and DH), ipad, new PC, new laptop, new TV and a bit of furniture we need for the house. I honestly don't think it would last long so would still keep comping, but would drasitcally reduce my comps as I wouldn't need to win a smartphone, ipad etc. Although I would start to enter more in a few years as technology advances and better phones, laptops, PCs etc come onto the market.Current Aims: Laptop/PC, decent money, holiday
Best Wins: Ipad, Nintendo 3DS, £400 Shopping Spree at LK Bennett, £100 Boots vouchers
Total Wins (Since April 2012) £3442.56
Big thanks to all who post comps :T:beer:0 -
I'd tell my boss where to go... :P
Then i'd get my house fixed, as its a state of half done diy due to lack of funds. then i'd get married!Julie0
