Received a WEM - Is it spam??

I suspect it is spam although it seems a very random prize to win. The email arrived in my junk mail box and states the following:
Congratulations! You have won your very own Hair Prescription for Long hair!!
Could you please reply to this email address as soon as possible with you full postal address so that we can send you your prize?
