Which email does everyone use ???

Just a quick question.

I have been entering lots of comps over the last few months and won very little so far. I was worried that maybe using hotmail or gmail might not help.

Are there many winners out there who do use either of these email services ?

I have a freeserve address with my orange account, but I get so much spam in there these days I try to use it as little as possible really.

I use hotmail and of the winning emails I have got only one got sent to the junk folder but I check the junk folder daily so I dont miss any.

Ive also got a freeserve address in outlook express so any email competitions I enter through outlook express and put my hotmail email address in it I have a divert set up so any replies to the emails I send are sent to my hotmail. The amount of junk emails with orange/wanadoo/freeserve is absolutely horrendous at the moment and I have given up checking them!

I use hotmail so all the stuff goes to junk mail & I check very carefully which emails need to be read and which need to be deleted :D If I email, I use outlook express provided by my internet provider (just cause when I click a link that comes up automatically). Seems to work ok :D

I've got a yahoo account which seems ok on the spam front so far.

    I use hotmail & yahoo.

I mainly use yahoo, but my outlook is linked to hotmail. So it's a mixture of both. I just delete any junk as I prefer my 'own' filter.

    Thanks everyone.

I recently set up another hotmail addy specifically for comping ( complete with a siggie holding all my personal details to make life easier ) and was just worried that some competition entries may get discarded because of using hotmail.

Looks like there are people winning out there using hotmail so I'll carry on. Will check out Fastmail too.

    Thanks x
