The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their address omitted from the WHOIS service.

Maybe that's why they decided to take down what appeared to be a business site?

It doesn't help in that, if you try to phone the (real) Social Fund on 0800 032 7952you can wait for half an hour and still not get through.
