Afternoon guys.
I've just had a letter through the post from Orange; I owe them £180 for 3months worth of bills (in between moving and sorting out our finances, I slipped up on paying the bills), I've spoken to Orange numerous times and they've been great. However obviously when you don't pay a bill, you get cut off; I've been cut off for 2 and a half weeks. Have just spoken to them and they're offering me two options; 1) a payment promise, pay part of it on pay day and then the rest within 2weeks or 2) pay in installments, don't get reconnected but they won't continue charging for the service until this amount is paid off.
I would love to have my phone back up and running, but was just thinking I'd be in a better financial position if I chose to pay it off in installments and just use a pay as you go sim card for a while, so then if I haven't got the money to top up, I simply don't top up. Rather than finding Orange are charging me a bomb for everything and putting me in the situation I'm in now.
What do you guys think?
