I know there are internet sites out there where the members are convinced that little men from outer space are using special ray beams to steal the brainwaves off humans, so they walk around with tin foil on their heads. Not for one second have I found the need to post on their site on a 24/7 basis getting angry at them for being so wrong.

I don't check my posting history! However you do actually have a history of ranting (especially when you were foxy).

To be honest after my home life, job, jogging, walking the dog, cycling, chess, friends, golf and bowls I only have the odd bit of time to waste here.

I will admit to a slight nervousness in the past couple of years on my part because I have a plan with an imminent start (within a year). So really I use a few sites such as this trying to just build the old confidence why I wait.

Yet you and a few others KNOW the crash will never happen, and you live in homes you just love... yet you post on sites like this constantly trying to convince us how everything is all dandy... Oh Pleeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzz


Do you also post on other sites such as "Squid will rule the world" and "little aliens are pinching my brainwaves"... of course yo don't because it will never happen and would be a waste of time...

I really don't care what you believe and I have no interest in convincing you of anything, but don't expect me not to state my opinion. Sorry but it really doesn't have any impact on my life what you do or don't believe and anyone that thinks that they can influence the housing market by posting on here needs psychiatric help.

The only other forums that I post on are chess and dog forums, as I said I don't have the time.

I wish you would make your mind up! On this post you are implying that I try and ramp up prices yet on this post below you apologise to me when I prove to you that I said in 2009 that prices would fall 35% to 40%:

It seems you think this is the "talk about an upcoming house price crash" forum, and for that reason anyone who doesn't think there is going to be one shouldn't be posting here. That's the only explanation for I can think of.

I could flip it round, if you KNOW the crash is coming, why do you come here to post about it and convince us everything isn't dandy?

So many inconsistencies, so little time.

I suspect my perfectly valid points will be met with a tirade of ranty nonsense now.

1. I just post on here because it is the only true uncensored forum on the subject of a property crash

2. I feel a slight nervousness about my choice of actions, a few with the same mind set helps to pass the passing year with what at the moment I am certain is going to be the outcome of this ongoing financial crisis.

3. Once I get my next property I will be off for good, whether the value goes up is then unimportant, I would just live my life out.

4. I would not get rid of one of the so called bull posters on here, I just am making the point that not one of them is a true bull IMO, they are just trying to talk down bear sentiment and are more worried of a property crash thasn most, that is not said with anger or venom, just an opinion:)

Seems to be you've convinced yourself this forum is a self help group for non homeowners to pat each others backs. You've convinced yourself that no one can truly believe there won't be a house price crash so therefore they must all be scared. You MUST see how odd this is? Think about it before you respond, it really isn't normal.

Point 4, define bull. Very few people are predicting price rises at the moment so I don't know what point you're making. I think most of this is in your head rather than on the forum.
