Bailiff seizure notice on vehicle ??

local bailiff office B&S had "posted" a seizure through the door listing our car (which was parked outside ) seized ( but not taken ) for an outstanding Parking ticket.....
The car "was" outside in the first place as it was "dead" with a faulty fuel pump & control unit........ a £2890 FIX, lol ( for an old "w" reg vauxhall.. ) hence the car went to car graveyard....
I have no doubt & dread B&S Will be calling back & really do not know what to do. Any advise would be appreciated & thanks...
