Yorkshire BS - Offset Mortgages

Seriously looking at these mortgages, need a 90% LTV Offset and the choice is quite limited but these seem reasonable.

Anyone have one of these? How did you find the service with them and does anyone manage the accounts online?

Looking for about 2.6x joint income so hopefully shouldn't be a problem. I know Offsets are not for everyone but other half is self employed so we have a reasonable amount in savings at any one time for tax purposes.

I'm with Yorkshire BS;

Their Customer service is outstanding and is the best I have ever experienced.

Their online system allows you to move money in and out of your offset account as and when you need to and is straight forward; you'll also get a card with the offset details on it so you can also manage the account the branch too.

I have an offset product also and providing the rate is competitive and you can use the offset to your advantage then I'd say go for it.
