Good for you Mrs Wallace, I am having an awful time with Santander, their customer service is terrible. I have put a complaint in about them to the Ombudsman..... Fed up with these big banks treating us like dirt.
They made the mess, yet they still treat us this way.
Did you OH get taken yet for training.......
