How can i use it up?

Hello everyone,
Hope your all having a good red nose day!!!
I`ve been having a major cupboard rummage and found all kinds of goodie lol.
any ideas on using these bits???
one bag of poppy seeds.
one box of candied peel (out of date soon)
coconut bits
i`ve got all the basics for making cakes up etc. but i cant think of anything to do with any of these guys.
So any ideas from you reative lot?

Umm, I know its a bit of an odd suggestion, but candied peel is an integral part of mincemeat, and they reckon (although I must admit i've yet to try it) that the previous years mincemeat is the best cos its allowed to age.
So... could you make up a batch of mincemeat for next Xmas?
Coconut is lush just as a nibble, if you can convince any kids you may have to try it, it might be a nice lunchbox change? - just a thought
and poppy seeds are definately lush on bread rolls, or cheese straws!0
