Been on a 5 yr fixed rate mortgage at 6.09% which ends next month.

Thought I was going on my lenders SVR 4.99%

Got a letter stating my mortgage moves to a variable rate of 0.75% above base rate until 2032.

My new rate 1.25% :j :T :j :T :j :T
