Hi, just after some advice, currently looking at buying a bigger house and hopefully lending some more money from Santander to do it with but currently work fo a primary care trust that is closing next year. As such, earlier in the year all the staff were put 'at risk of change', but now we know for definite that all the staff in my department are going to be transferred over the local council and our permanent posts will be retained (for a while anyway) with our T & C's etc coming with us.
I just wondered if anyone knew if this would cause me an issue when trying to apply to Santander as I know from some threads they are being very strict about who they will lend to.
Also, would I have to tell them that I had been put at risk of change?
thanks

No because your job is being taken over with your current t&c's.
Just fill the application in as though your job isnt as risk...because it isnt.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
