An idea to get problems solved

The more I read around this place, the mre i ask myself the same question. A lot of people come here, say things about how companies have treated them, slag them off (mostly justified) and point out the bad points about the company.

Other people come here for advice on "getting of" having to repay (most of these people get told where to go)

but what i don't see is companies coming here to speak to us, explain themselves and actually try and help. I don't get why.

They have call centers dedicated to customer services why don't they come here and help people on the forum and make themselves look better???

Can we ask Martin to ask some companies to try it?

Some companies do it occasionally, but it's a potential minefield - monitoring the responses, ensuring reponses are given in a timely manner, resourcing issues, not wanting to get into lengthy debates etc .

Most companies prefer to keep customer queries to official channels.

Nothing wrong but people still come here even though the call centre is there

I just think i'd think more of a company that employed someone to go to the one place that unhappy customers go and tried to help them to fix the problem.

    What companys did it before?

People come here for impartial advice, not to speak to the lender again. Plus some that post here feel that they are being harassed by the lender, and a lender presence will be a deterrent to them posting.
