Hello all..
Just a quick question... I became bankrupt in 2010 just after I had to strike off and dissolve my company..
I am now sorting out my things as a house repossession and move looms...
Do I HAVE to keep company paperwork going back 6 years from this year or can I get rid of it all now.
Thanks in advance

As the company is struck off and dissolved you can get rid of all the company paperwork.0
