Hi everyone,
I am looking to do a buy to let but really don't know much about which type of mortgage I will need etc. Does anyone know somewhere I can find out about new landlord rules? Is it best to pay as much up front or the minimum? Should I only pay the interest back? Any info or redirecting to a good book or site would be most appreciated.
