I feel like I should be worse after BR...

I'm marrying in a couple of months (hopefully) someone who earns a damn site more than I ever did and could ever do.
I'm BR with no IPA since I don't have two shillings to rub together
I'm constantly worried that the OR will go after me cos I have a mobile phone, sky, etc - but I don't pay for it. I went BR before we met and - I know it doesn't sound right - it was love at first sight
They can't come after me for his money, can they?

alot will depend on when you went bankrupt and are you living together? or intend to?. does you partner know about your br ?0

what happens if you are living with your partner and only you goes bankrupt, does this have an impact on your BR or if you have to pay anything to the OR????0

It wont affect your partner as-such, but it will have an impact on your potential IPA status as they look at combined household income/expenditure. They can't look at your partner's bank accounts etc but they do want to know what they contribute to the household.
Are you discharged yet? If not you need to inform the OR of your change in circumstnaces/address.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
