CHEAP B&Q TARPAULINS-4mX5m ONLY£3.98!
ampersand
I am so pleased with these!
Did price checks yesterday online and around Cambridge/Newmarket.
Homebase 4mX5m is £9.99
No-one else was better, until I found these at B&Q at 7 this morning.
Their website is, for a start, not under B&Q - google this, but it comes up as something DIY instead.
Then, it said 'no results' for 'tarpaulins', which I knew was a nonsense. This is because shop stock doesn't appear, only online order goods, but - seeing they opened at 7 - decided to be there and do a biting-bullet proceed to adjacent Homebase if nothing better offered itself.
:j It did.

Hi ampersand - funny question but what colour are the tarpaulins? I don't really want a white one! Not very practical for my lot!
BTW B&Q website has got to be the WORST website in the world. Searching on it is a waste of time!0 -
Wickes do 3.4 x 5m for £4.99, currently OOS online though. Depends if the one from B&Q was heavy duty or not whether you have a bargain price.
Good of you to share.I do hope you're telling the truth?0 -

I agree totally.
Their search engine is even worse than MSE.0 -
If it's the same as the one I bought recently then it's blue. I got mine to temporarily cover my quagmire of a garden, to reduce the amount of mud the cats traipse through the house , and I must say that it is pretty good for the price.
It has lasted through the gusts and heavy rain we have had, without ripping at all. It wouldn't really be classed as heavy duty I suppose, but is worth getting if you need it for light covering up.
Doesn't come with the fixing pegs though, but if you have a tent, you can use those instead! HTH!
Totally agree about https://www.diy.com - absolute !!!!!! site! Sort it out B&Q - this is the 21st century! Wickes site aint much better either!0 -
