just a quick question...daughter has agreed to meet bailiff tomorrow am re council tax debt, she has actually moved out of the property the debt is due on but is still in possession of the keys (as yet) , question is should she really meet him ? (to arrange payment plan but he wants £50 tomorrow) , and should she allow him in flat even though there is absolutely nothing there ?
