Dyslexia and Dyspraxia and the Banks and Loan companies

Hi i am disturbed to have found out recently that the banks and even the FSA do not formally recognise people with Dyslexia and Dyspraxia and only after my sister was treated so badly at my bank have i now realised how bad this is.20% of the uk has this learning difficulty and it woulld seem that not many people understand it either, i contacted the FSA and they too dont have anything in the guidlines to protect people with the above
