Sorry if I tend to ramble but i'm very stressed at the moment.
So I got myself into a lot of debt and can't see a way out. My mainproblem is with council tax. The council have just made 2 attachment of earnings order which if I'm reading right they are going to be takig 24% of my net income. which will basically leave me pennyless.
Can i get them to reduce this amont at at? I owe roughly £2200.
Ive been working with ccs and they say that I currently have a deficite of £260 of my monthly budget. so really dont know what to do
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best place to start would be with a SOA http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html - you'll get more directed advice if others can see exactly what's coming in / going out.

Try not to panic. Have you made any payments to the council ax recently?
It's one of the main things that you should prioritise after your mortgage xxx0
