I've ordered from them twice and they have been brilliant. They even posted me out branded packaging free of charge when I bought some Lulu Guinness and Swarovski items as I had emailed them saying I didn't realise I would receive John Greed packaging.
Orders have been fulfilled as promised and delivery quick.

I have ordered the silver rose stud earrings and a silver and pearl pendant for my DS girlfriend's 21st on Friday. They look lovely and I go them both for under £30!

I have been looking on the site for the past few days but with OP I would have been unaware of the discount code - so many thanks.

I think the code was a 24hr one and it expired at 7.00pm today.

SueMaggie, optimism was the way to go - I've just had an email from JG stating that 'the following items have been cancelled'....... only to find that it was just one bead out of a whole host of other stuff. I ranf JG to check on the other two orders and the ultra charming and incredibly helpful guy said that all the other stuff from the other two orders had been sent. He was very apologetic over the one OOS item. I'm over the moon, and it looks like you may be joining me in happyville too when your treasures arrive! Now to lay in wait for the postie........ HAA Ha! cue doorbell!! and what a hottie...). Now must go, parcels to open!!!!!!!!

Update! opened the parcels, 2 of the 3 orders arrived today. Both orders complete, beautiful packaging, wonderful gorgeous blingy things inside. :j

My third parcel arrived yesterday, and I noticed that two (small £1.44 each) items were missing but charged for, included on the delivery note and marked OOS by hand.
I know it's less than £3 but I phoned JG (very helpful, no long wait on hold either) and they happily refunded.
Still one to watch out for with future orders (and I'm sure I'll be placing more...!)
