Pay rise with back dated pay

Hi guys,
I'm due for a 2% pay rise soon, back dated to April. I know I need to inform my Trustee within 21 days but what then happens?
When the trustee took over from the OR I had to fill out another soa and I told them about my rent increase but I never heard back from them to reduce my monthly payments to moonbeever.
So if they don't respond to my letter telling them about my pay rise, what's the accepted amount of time before I spend the back dated pay I'll get?
Thanks.

Hi brclub, not a 100% sure tbh but I would follow up with a phone call too so you know once and for all.
Best wishes
