Statement for Employment tribunal

I have an employment tribunal in two weeks and am preparing my personal statement. I received the Respondent's bundle only 5 days ago and am seeing some new pieces of their 'evidence' for the first time. I still do not have their witness statements. It is good for me because they have cited several different accounts of some of the situations and I can point out/prove why certain things were not said and done in the way they claim they were. Loads of inconsistencies and failure to follow correct disciplinary procedures etc. However, my personal statement is now, already 30 pages long and growing. I have not had the opportunity to defend myself before now and want to make sure all that I was prevented from saying in the past is clearly heard at the tribunal. It is a long and protracted case and can be quite confusing. I have set out my personal statement in chronological order so that the respondent's don't get to pull the wool over anyone's eyes i.e. the panel. My questions are; is there a limit to the length of my personal statement? Should I prepare two different documents, one as a personal statement of my reasons why I believe I was unfairly dismissed and the impact on me and then, another statement detailing the chronological order of events and my explanations, cross-referencing to their evidence citing their inconsistencies and conflicting statements etc? Would really appreciate advice from anyone in the know.
