I've been led to believe you keep the same named person at the IS office throughout from BR to discharge, and anytime things change therefore it is the same person you contact and who deals with it. I have mine's email addie and I just email any queries.

I would think you contact them and they send you a new form, but someone will come along who knows I am sure.

    Confirmed - kind of.

Contact them and they will send you a new form to complete. As for the same person reviewing - it depends. If your file has been passsed to RTLU then it will be someone different, but they all have the same guidelines to follow, and your previously agreed SOA will be in your file.

Wish I could say the same have had 3 OR,s since BR in Feb. Was informed due to staff changes etc. Hopefully it will remain at the same one now until AD. Stressful enough without different OR.s. However in saying that last one has been very fair and professional.

30 weeks to go until AD ( but not counting lol)

    All the best.

I wish I could get a new one, I think mine is really harsh.

46 weeks to go to AD and definitely counting :-)

Thats the issue, I DONT want a new one!
From me answering the phone to hanging up, my OR interview lasted under 15 minutes. He was so nice, sympathetic & understanding of our situation and had no issues with us keeping the mobiles, both cars, sky etc :o

He didn't question anything on our SOA.

I worry if someone harsher takes look they won't be so lenient... :(

Watcher, I would think if things were allowed on your first SOA then they can't really suddenly not in a review for the same things (unless you needs/requirements have changed).

  • my OR (also very nice) was the same from start to finish. At the very beginning she sent me her spreadsheet breakdown of the the figures we had agreed for the SOA - this was more detailed than the brief one you get and very good as it calculated the IPA amount. When we had any change - all we did was email her the spreadsheet back with the amendments highlighted in red and she would then email back - with the new amount and an agreement letter from moonbeever followed. It was only when the IPA was set to nil that we then got the occasional (i think 2) of the brief SOA's to fill in from MB - but as nothing had changed I just summarised the figures agreed with the OR from the spreadsheet.
