What would happen to my girlfriend if i moved in

Im now preparing to go bankrupt, and will do it in the house im in now.

but looking at it my tenancy ends in oct and prob move in with the girlfriend.

what happens?! will the OR send her loads of documents to fill out etc?

    Nope. Not normally. If you are just moving in, then your bankruptcy is really nothing to do with her in a direct way.

    You may have to notify the OR yourself of changed circumstances. e.g. changed expenses/bills etc.

    She may also need to disclose it on any contents insurance or car insurance she may have

    Yep! You tell the OR of your new address and circumstances. He will ask you to fill out a new SoA which will include all the joint household bills and your personal bills, your income and your girlfriends contribution to the joint household bills. The OR may ask her for proof of income just to insure you are not paying the lions share of the bills when she earns the same or more than you. It's fairly straight forward.
