We marry at 4 with 30 guests and eat at 8 with around 80 guests. I think we'll cater for about 60.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0

The menu selections are based on 'Price per guest' - how many guests would you tell them to make the buffet for? Sorry for the silly question but I am sure the venue co-ordinator said you dont necessarily say 44 guests to the caterers as they always make more than we need?! xx
How is your party made up? Many children or silver-surfers(elderly)?
They tend to eat less than the average adult so if your group is a mixture of all ages then catering for the 44 would be fine.
Younger adults eat very well as do most Dads
in my experience so if you have big eaters, cater for an extra 10-15!
Remember to think about any religious dietary requirements too - best (&cheapest) option for them is the veggie option (and for vegetarians obviously lol!)0
