Hypothetical CCJ Question

Hello,
suppose you worked for the local council as a bursar (i.e. dealing with money and finance), and you get a CCJ against you personally for not paying an invoice related to your personal life ...
Do you think that would have any bearing or impact on your job?
It's not me by the way, it's someone else.
Wouldn't look too good would it, having a CCJ for not paying bills and yet being employed as a bursar?
Thanks for any opinions
