Dexaprine (Let me Google that for you).

Now like ECA stacks, its not really recommended for long term use but if your weight balloons now and again, then it really does shift the flab quickly along with moderate/hard exercise. Up until now I've been using Thermalean ECA stack occasionally but somehow their formula isn't as strong as it used to be. Came across a few 'glowing' Dexaprine reviews so decided to give it a try - just the 15 capsule bottle for £15. Been using it for a couple of weeks now (just 1 tablet daily 1 hr before cardio) and lost 6 kgs in 2 weeks. For those who have no intention of exercising probably not a good idea to take these but those who regularly exercise yet find 18" stuffed crust double cheese pizzas more tempting than a brocolli casserole then i guarantee you'll be forcing yourself to eat whilst taking Dexaprine;)
