Help with Vanquis HELL!

In regards to you Vanquis ppl have basically got all the answers covered - dpnt bother liaising with them anymore esp if you are paying what you have offered each month.
Just go to CAB, take details of all your debts, not just this and take all your income plus expenditure figures with you.
I say this as you mentioned earlier that you have offered £10 to each of your creitors - i am assuming here that the amount you owe your creditors vary? if that is the case, having worked at CAB they do what you call 'pro rata' offers of payment.
Basically they will assess what amount of money you have left each month after all your essential expendituire, they will work out what you eahc in total and divide payments equitably between all creditors.
For e.g you have £50 left each month and you owe Halifax £3000 and you owe Barclays £2000 then the payment would likely to be £30 to Halifax and £20 to Barclays as you owe Halifax more.
Apart from C.A.B - who are fantastic - you may also want to try CCCS as they have the capacity to make the payments to all your creidtors on your behalf so you only have to pay them once a month and they liaise with your creditors for you. The CAB usually refer to self help due t the constraints to the service so you have to manage all the payments yourself as well as all of the paper work whereas with the CCCS they ten to deal with a lot more.
Hope this helps and good luck.Eat, Sleep....Fart and then DIE!!!!! :T:eek:0
