    Apologies. Re-read my response and it comes across as harsh.

    See if the broker has had this pre agreed. Coventry can be great to deal with on a straightforward case but problematic with complicated stuff.

    So would your underwriters agree to such a proposal?

    Would the high level of unsecured debt be viewed in a negative light. Clearing the debt doesn't resolve the cause merely the problem.
