I haven't got time to read this thread, but they CANNOT ENTER IF THEY ARE NOT INVITED
An invite isn't needed - a bailiff cannot force entry but they can enter through an open door, window etc (once they levy then they can use force to re-enter for removal)I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0 -

payed £10 off the other day via on-line.
just noticed the email address notification

so seems even paying this way has not payed the council direct!!!???0
