think i have been scammed on the internet

Was hoping that some one could advise me on what to do to next -
i bought something off the internet and paid via instant bank transfer - the woman i have bought the items off keeps saying she will post them - but then doesnt ! .Therefore i have a sneaky feeling i have been scammed - though if she is not prepared to send the goods i have paid for - then i think its highly unlikely she is going to give me a refund.iS THEIR ANYTHING I CAN DO TO TRY AND CLAIM MY MONEY BACK FROM HER?

short of threatening her with small claims court I don't think there is much else you can do.0
