did it

well went to court today and was declared was all pretty painless and over in under 2hrs all in with the waiting .one question i have is how to deal with my car insurance now as i pay monthly through a broker so as this is a credit agreement i take it they will cancel it and in turn cancel my car insurance i am up to date with the payments now do i ring and just give them my new bank acc details to set up new dd and say nothing or ring and tell them as i dont want to be driving about without ins but also cannot afford to pay the premiums in one lump do i look for new insurance what are my chances of getting it apart from this problem no hitches thanks

    Hi uptheanti, I'm so pleased it went well :beer:

    The only way BR will affect your car insurance is if you are paying by instalments, and your premium is over £500 pounds. If it's over that, then you do need to call your broker I'm afraid.

    hi thankyou and the premium is under 500 pounds so should i just give them my new bank details when i get it and carry on it wont get cancelled by bancruptcy is what im worried about thanks again

    It shouldn't be cancelled but I would ring your broker, just to check terms and conditions, fingers crossed it should be fine :beer:
