Any bloggers out there?? Help for a virgin blogger

Hi Guys,

I know this is probbaly not teh best place to post, but I am hoing to start a blog (not about comping!) but have no idea, does any one here blog and whats the best and more easy to use?? Thanks in advance......

I used blogger- my advice would be pick a name that relevant to what you blog about as that is how search engines find you. It is hard to change a name later as you will lose followers.
Put some nice photos on your blog and don`t get bored it takes time to gain followers.

Also if you put blogging for a second income into the search bar there are some good posts offering advice.

I use Blogger! A good tip for blog names I heard is to think of two things relevant to your blog and do a '______ & ______' name. E.g Sweets & Sparkle, Rings & Bows - google the name + blog first though, to check someone else doesn't have the same blog name!

I always enjoyed using Tumblr. I found it a lot more social.

I used blogger for a while but now use wordpress as I find it easier to use.

Perhaps sign up for that first.

It takes quite a while to build up followers to your blog. If you're blogging about family / recipes / etc join a few blogging sites.
