    I got a 2 kilo bag of carrots for 9p and a coriander plant for 31p in tesco this week. Added a couple of ingredients at home and now have 8 portions of soup for lunch. Lovely!

    Waitrose offers often do that with reduced stuff. Late last year, I nabbed 2 packs of RTC mince pies, to take one to work and one for home; the twofer kicked in at the checkout and Waitrose ended up paying me something like 30p to take them away :T
    Haven't done the GC since February, but a glance at the Tower of Receipts tells me I really need to get back into it... and plenty of other Challenges besides. :o

    I got 1p biscuits at Mr S several weeks after Easter. I got 44 in total.
