My daughters husband who works for a bank admitted that the witnesses he got to sign were not present when she signed it. They were both bank colleagues. Is this legal.

It would only become relevant if there was ever a question raised about the identity of the person who signed for the loan ... is she saying that someone has impersonated her and fraudulently obtained the loan ?

(Might be a disciplinary issue within the bank though....but how they deal with it would be an internal matter)

She actually signed the one he has admitted there was no witnesses to only because he knows she has never met these people but there are two she says she did not sign for and these were not witnessed either but she does know who the supposed witness was. If you can understand this.

time to bring the police in
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Thank you everyone I am sure she would do this if it wasn't for the fact that her childrens father would go to prison.

How many dormant accounts has he emptied?
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Unfortunately it's time for the kids to know that their father is a criminal.
