mortgage refused, cannot get fee back

the Permission section is empty, looks like they don't have this one...
is there a difference of what the payment for? It called Booking fee in the invoice, and fee for arranging the mortgage in the KFI.
If the permissions section is empty try clicking on Pricipals. This will be the network they belong to if applicable. Then click on their permissions to see what they have.
A booking fee should be to reserve a rate. Fee for arranging the mortgage will be the broker fee. If it states it is refundable then it should be. there wasn't a fee agreement document, the communication was done by email and I agreed to pay by email. the booking fee and the fee for arranging the mortgage is the same amount, so I guess this was just done unprofessionally so they did not keep a consistency for naming the fee in 2 different documents.0
