Surely the cheapest and most effective way to run a society is to have a man and a woman dedicated to bringing up a couple of children and those children in their turn looking after their children as a couple and helping out with the welfare of their own parents.
Quite frankly I don't really want to pay for someone on minimum wage to look after my children or my parents and I am not very keen on paying to look after other peoples relatives, when their own family have failed to rally round.0 -

Our government is one of the most indebted in the World, and that is the official "bond" debt without adding the "Enron" off-balance-sheet tricks like PFI. Now add the personal liabilities of our over borrowed citizens and as a society we are even further up the list of wannabee bankrupts.
Finally add in all the unfunded promises to the future - like benefits and pensions and free health care that have created the "entitlement" attitude and we get to top of the pile by some accounts.
Something has got to give and it could be your pension?
I don't want another break in from the dispossessed "entitled" needing to feed their addiction.0
