Marston Group

Has anybody had any experiences with the Marston Group? I missed a standing order payment to HMCS fora road traffic offence fine and before I realised a payment was missed it washanded to Marston Group. They instantlyadded £85 to the fine amount and are now demanding 30% upfront or the bailiffswill be called in (which incurs an additional fee of £215!).
I have contacted my local CAB and they are dealing with itas I can't afford the 30% initial payment Marston Group are demanding. The CAB have been great and has told me notto worry.
I was just curious to see if anyone else has been intimidatedby this firm.
