Help please

We have a dmp with cccs. We now owe £5,000 the original dmp was £31,000. But the problem is we stupidly have an overdraft of £2,000. I know it is our own fault but we are now sinking with bank charges and getting less money to live on. We cant tell cccs as we are not supposed to have an overdraft. Any advice please. THANKS

You have to tell CCCS and they will probably cancel your DMP.

You then have the choice of going with another DMP provider like CAP or Payplan or going DIY.

How long has it taken to build up the £2,000 OD?
