I had an an account that I defaulted on, mckenzie hall defaulted me a couple of years ago.
It then got sold onto motormile anyway I was making £10 a month payments and then went onto a DMP with CCCS and the payments were reduced to £5 a month and now they have defaulted me in Jan but it has only just appeared on my credit report can they now default me even though I was defaulted by MH?

You should not have two defaults for the same debt.
Contact the credit reference agencies and they should be able help you on this matter.0 -
But I only have one but this one is 2 years later than the first one.

You can only have 1 default per debt, and the date must remain as it was when it was initially placed.0
